Each year, Cabrillo Credit Union proudly hosts a signature partnership event, a cornerstone of our commitment to fostering community bonds and celebrating the collective spirit of support and service. This year, our gathering was imbued with deep significance as we honored the memory of Agent Courtney “Cookie” Henry, a beloved figure in our community, at the prestigious Singing Hills Golf Club at Sycuan.

The Partners Golf Summit provided a meaningful platform to remember a valiant individual whose contributions to safety and community welfare have left a lasting legacy. It was a day filled with remembrance, respect, and communal solidarity, reflecting on the virtues that Agent Henry epitomized throughout his commendable service.

The event transcended traditional boundaries of mere celebration, morphing into a powerful tribute to Agent Henry, known affectionately by his nickname, “Cookie”. His passion for service and his jovial spirit were remembered through various activities, including a special cookie-themed homage that saw hundreds of cookies shared in his honor, symbolizing his warm, generous nature and the sweet impact he had on all who knew him.

This year's summit also underscored the importance of community and law enforcement partnerships. We are grateful to our Morale Welfare and Recreation (MRW) and Union Partners for their unwavering support, which enhances our efforts to host an event that truly honors those who serve and protect us.
