Accessing Your Account
To access the new TellerPhone system, dial 858.547.7400 and press 4. For account information and funds transfers, press 1. When prompted for your account number, add zeros to the beginning of your account to equal 10 digits. Then press the # key. For example, if your account number is 123456, enter 0000123456#.
Aggregate Accounts
If you have more than one account, all of your accounts will be listed. Please listen carefully, since the system only states the last few digits of each account number- plus the 2 digit account suffix.
Dollar Amounts
Enter dollar amounts without the decimal. For example, $20.00 is 2000.
